Tucked in the back of quiet, Eagle Vail neighborhood, the home offers instant access to a range of seasonal activities. The local Vail and Avon bus lines are close-by, making it easy to make first chair.

• Absolutely NO PETS allowed. Additional cleaning fee of $250 required if an animal is brought without disclosure.

• No events or large gatherings. Evidence of an event or party will result in additional fees

• The duplex is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

• Street parking is prohibited. You have access to garage parking for two vehicles and the driveway.

We live in Texas, but our hearts have always belonged to Colorado. For over a decade, our family of four dreamed of creating the perfect alpine escape, a place to gather and build unforgettable memories adventuring together in the mountains. Year after year, no matter where we traveled, we found ourselves drawn back to the magic of Vail Valley.

When we found this quiet corner lot tucked away at the very back of the EagleVail community, we knew we had found something truly special. This home has brought us so much joy—from stepping out the front door straight onto the hiking trails to walking the sun-drenched neighborhood streets. Our winters here are filled with skiing world-class slopes and sledding down the local hills, while our summers are spent biking scenic trails, swimming in the neighborhood's Olympic pool, and playing pickleball on the courts.

EagleVail has been an absolute dream for our family, and we feel incredibly blessed to share this magical spot with other families and guests. We have poured our hearts and love into making this home a comfortable, upscale sanctuary.
